PAYMENT POLICY

At ZALFI, we aim to provide a refined, secure, and transparent payment experience that complements the exclusivity of our fragrances. The following policy outlines the accepted payment methods and conditions for purchases made through official ZALFI channels.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

ZALFI accepts the following payment options:

1. Bank Transfer

Customers may complete payments via direct bank transfer to ZALFI’s official bank account. Payment details will be shared at checkout or upon order confirmation. Orders are processed once payment verification is complete.

2. bKash

Payments can be made securely through bKash. Customers must provide a valid transaction reference for verification.

3. Nagad

Nagad payments are accepted under the same verification process as bKash.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for non-preorder items, subject to delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note:

• • • COD is not applicable to preorder, limited edition, or customized items
    • ZALFI reserves the right to refuse COD based on order value, delivery area, or past order history

PREORDER PAYMENT TERMS

ZALFI offers select fragrances under a preorder basis due to limited production and artisanal formulation.

For all preorder items:

• • • 50% of the total order value is required as an advance payment
    • The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.

Advance payments for preorder items must be made via Bank Transfer, bKash, or Nagad. Cash on Delivery is not available for the advance portion.

Preorder production and allocation will commence only after the advance payment has been successfully verified.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are confirmed and processed only after payment verification. ZALFI reserves the right to:

• • • Hold orders if payment confirmation is delayed
    • Cancel orders if payment cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe

Customers are advised to ensure accurate payment information to avoid delays.

PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

ZALFI reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

FAILED, REFUSED, OR INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS

In cases of failed transactions, refused delivery, or incomplete payments:

• • • ZALFI reserves the right to cancel the order
    • Advance payments for preorder items may be non-refundable, except where cancellation is initiated by ZALFI

Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the ZALFI Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

To maintain a secure shopping environment, ZALFI may conduct verification checks on payments and orders. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed, declined, or cancelled without prior notice.
