REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ZALFI, each fragrance is crafted, handled, and packaged with the highest standards of care and hygiene. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS

All sales made through the ZALFI website are final.
Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

        • Change of mind
        • Personal preference regarding scent
        • Sensitivity or reaction to fragrance
        • Incorrect selection made by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, notes, and details carefully before placing an order.

EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

ZALFI places great emphasis on quality control and secure packaging. However, in the rare event that you receive:

        • A product that is damaged during transit, or
        • An incorrect item that does not match your order

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with:

        • Clear photographs of the product
        • Images of the outer packaging
        • Your order number

After verification, ZALFI may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
Refunds will not be issued, even in such cases.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without sufficient evidence will not be considered.

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

The following situations are not eligible for replacement or consideration:

        • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
        • Missing original packaging or labels
        • Claims based on scent preference or performance
        • Damage caused after deliver

FINAL DECISION

All decisions regarding replacements or claim approvals are made solely by ZALFI and are final. Any misuse of the policy, repeated claims, or false reporting may result in refusal of service.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase on the ZALFI website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
