SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ZALFI delivers to selected locations within Bangladesh and, where available, internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partners or external circumstances.

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

To preserve product integrity and hygiene, returns or exchanges are accepted only within the specified return window and must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method following inspection.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every ZALFI order is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact ZALFI with supporting documentation.
